FAQ
How quickly will my order ship?
All orders will be shipped the day after they have been completed. This usually takes 2-2.5 weeks upon placing an order on our site since most orders are custom made.
Shipping?
Amnic utilizes the USPS delivery carrier for all domestic shipments (United States). The delivery fee is calculated automatically by the USPS, this fee depends on the weight of the specific item that you've ordered from our website. We offer first class shipping, priority mail & priority mail express via the USPS carrier.
Note: International orders (anywhere outside of the United States) are subject to duties and taxes upon delivery to the specific area. Amnic is not responsible for paying these duties and taxes upon delivery, you the customer must pay these fees.
Returns?
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at amnicjewelers@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Repairs/Resize?
All items ordered on our website are eligible for any given repairs or resizing up to 2 months after purchasing. Any orders which are past 2 months old are not eligible for repairs of resizing. To start a repair/resize, please email us at amnicjewelers@gmail.com with your receipt and inquiry.
Custom Orders?
All custom orders delivered from our website are deemed as final and are not eligible to be returned/refunded. To place a custom order, please see our custom order page here.

When shopping on our website, the user is 100% protected and secured from any fraud/scam. Our website is SSL certified and completely safe with your information. Amnic Jewelry is an official registered business in the state of New York.
